SecondKind is a wellness brand and may receive general wellness context that you voluntarily provide (e.g., your experience with a product). We ask you not to submit sensitive health information or data you consider confidential. Where laws such as Washington’s My Health My Data or Nevada’s Consumer Health Data laws apply, we limit collection to data reasonably necessary to provide the Services, obtain consent where required, and honor applicable rights requests.
