Our 60‑Day Feel It Fast Guarantee

Try Second Kind for up to 60 days from delivery. If you don’t feel a meaningful shift in your gut, mood, energy, or clarity, we’ll refund your purchase price (less shipping, taxes, duties, or insurance, where applicable).

No return shipment is required in most cases - we trust you and want to keep things simple. If we do need a return for quality review, we’ll provide a pre‑paid label.
What qualifies? Most single‑unit products and first‑time purchases are covered. Multi‑packs, bundles, and subscriptions are also eligible for a first‑cycle refund (see Subscriptions below).

How to Request a Refund (Two Minutes)

Include: order number, product(s), delivery date, and a brief note about your experience. -
Our team will confirm eligibility, process your refund, and follow up if any additional info is needed.
Processing time: Approved refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Subscriptions

First delivery: If your first subscription order isn’t a fit, you’re eligible for a refund under the 60‑Day Feel It Fast Guarantee (counting from delivery).

Subsequent deliveries: You can skip, pause, or cancel any time before your next renewal in your account portal or by emailing info@secondkind.com. Renewed orders that have already processed ship as scheduled and may be refunded under the 60‑day window from their delivery date.

Price changes & frequency: We’ll always notify you ahead of subscription changes; you can cancel before changes take effect.
Exchanges
Prefer an exchange instead of a refund? Email us within 60 days of delivery and we’ll help you swap for a different formula or product. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, melted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
International Orders

Duties, taxes, and import fees are non‑refundable.

If a return shipment is required for quality review, we’ll provide instructions and, where available, a pre‑paid return label. Availability varies by destination.
Gifts
For items marked as gifts at purchase and shipped directly to you, we can issue a gift credit or refund to the original payment method upon request (eligibility rules apply). Please include the gift giver’s name and email if you don’t have the order number.
Retail Purchases (Non‑SecondKind.com)
If you purchased Second Kind from a retailer or marketplace, please initiate your return directly with that seller in accordance with their policies. We’re happy to help with product questions, but we can only refund orders placed on secondkind.com.
Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. If that’s unavailable (expired card, closed account), we’ll work with you on an alternative solution.

Once processed by us, credits typically appear in 2–5 business days, but timing can vary by bank or card network.
Abuse, Fraud & Fair Use
We designed this policy to remove risk and build trust. To protect our community, we reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds in cases of suspected abuse (e.g., excessive claims, resale behavior, chargeback fraud).
Policy Updates
We may update this policy to reflect improvements in our customer experience or changes in law. We’ll post updates here with a new effective date. Your continued use of our products or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
